RETURN POLICY

Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 10 days*. If you are not completely satisfied with your order just call us for a return number (RMA) and we will credit back to you the purchase price of the merchandise immediately, minus any shipping charges, only when the following conditions are met:

  1. No returns on sale or discounted items.
  2. Request for RMA# is within 10 days of delivery date of merchandise.
  3. RMA # has been issued from BridalPeople () between 6am - 5pm Pacific or use our automated return tool.
  4. RMA # is clearly posted on the outside of the shipment packaging
  5. The returned item, and packaging, is in "brand new" condition
  6. The packaging is not damaged. (We will refuse all damaged packages from shippers)
  7. The return package has been postmarked and shipped within 7 days of RMA.
  8. Shoes can NOT have ANY scuff marks or toe imprints (When trying on shoes please use stockings and walk on carpeting)
  9. Bridal lingerie cannot be accepted for return.
Please thoroughly inspect the merchandise that you have received for any discrepancies or damage, and notify us within 10-days of any problems with your order

Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

Be sure to include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.

For security reasons unidentifiable packages will be refused.

Reshipment of refused packages will be charged to you at the current UPS shipping rate.

    BridalPeople.com has taken the following extra steps to insure your safe online transactions:




    CANCELLATION POLICY

    You can change/alter or modify your order at any point during the online ordering process.

    Once an order has been placed and has gone to ship status we cannot cancel, add to or subtract from an existing order. This is due to the large volume of orders taken and processed on a daily basis. We also strive to deliver fast processing time, making it both physically and logistically impossible to flag one particular order and alter it in anyway.

    Orders that have any items with personalization such as engraving or embroidery cannot be cancelled at anytime. Once a personalized order has been placed we send it through for processing immediately and are unable to cancel these orders. We are not responsible for customer submitted misspellings; the order will be processed exactly how it is entered. We are also not responsible for orders where a customer has missed or failed to enter personalization information; that item will not be returnable.

    Lastly, the processing time for a personalized item may extend well beyond our normal 10 day window, please read the product information carefully. It is the customer’s responsibility to order in advance and take the processing time into consideration. We will not approve a refund for a personalized item that arrives to you beyond the date engraved if the order & item have been processed in our stated time frame.

    If you have questions about ordering personalized items or need to cancel an order that is not in ship status or is not personalized; please call customer service at . We are unable to accept those requests through email.




    PRE-ORDER POLICY

    BridalPeople allows pre-ordering of selected items that are not currently available. The following policies apply to all pre-orders:

    • You will not be charged for pre-order item(s) until they become available and ship out.
    • Pre-ordering an item does not consitute a guarantee of the item's future availability.
    • When pre-ordered items are included on an order with regular items, the pre-ordered items will be moved to a separate order and you will be notified of the new order number.
